Refinery
Refinery needed our assistance with marketing to, and communicating with, their 20–30 year old fashion-savvy shoppers. The communication needed to highlight that customers could get a huge range of quality casual wear at an unbeatable price. We aligned our work with our client’s mission statement, which is to provide every young South African with the finest quality apparel to build the look that suits them at a price they can afford. We developed a brand new design pack for in-store and online collateral that put Refinery’s great prices at the forefront of the customer’s mind. It was important to bring across quality and range in the communication, and this was achieved through the photography. The art direction of the shoots was relaxed, relatable and on-trend. The result was a consistent brand handwriting and customer journey across online and retail, aimed at significantly raising brand awareness and acquiring new customers.
